LeadRipple is an AI-assisted lead-response and qualification platform for B2B manufacturers. We believe privacy information should be understandable, not hidden behind legal language.

  • We collect only information needed to operate and improve LeadRipple.
  • We do not sell or rent personal information.
  • Customers control the buyer-enquiry data they bring into LeadRipple.
  • You may contact us to exercise applicable privacy rights.
01

Scope and our role

This Privacy Policy applies to the LeadRipple website, applications, services, communications, and related support. In this policy, “LeadRipple,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the provider of the LeadRipple service.

For account, website, billing, support, and direct marketing information, LeadRipple generally determines why and how the information is processed. For buyer enquiries, contacts, messages, catalogue data, and other information that a customer imports or connects to the service (“Customer Content”), the customer generally determines the purpose of processing and LeadRipple processes that data on the customer’s behalf.

If your information was entered into LeadRipple by one of our customers, please contact that business first about its privacy practices. We will support our customer in responding to valid requests where required.

02

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with LeadRipple, we may collect:

  • Account and profile information: name, work email address, phone number, job title, login credentials, organization, and workspace membership.
  • Customer Content: buyer names, business contact details, company details, locations, product enquiries, quantities, requirements, messages, notes, assignments, follow-up tasks, and sales-stage information.
  • Catalogue information: product names, aliases, descriptions, categories, SKUs, minimum order quantities, pricing ranges, and lead times.
  • Integration information: identifiers, configuration data, and content received through services such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, website enquiry forms, email forwarding, and WhatsApp, subject to the permissions you grant.
  • Usage and device information: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, feature interactions, timestamps, diagnostics, and error logs.
  • Commercial and support information: plan, payment status, invoices, support requests, feedback, and communications with us. Payment card details may be handled directly by our payment provider rather than stored by LeadRipple.
03

Where information comes from

We may receive information:

  • directly from you when you create an account, request a demo, or contact us;
  • from your organization, workspace administrator, or colleagues;
  • through integrations and lead sources that you or your organization connect;
  • from buyers and business contacts who send enquiries or messages to our customers; and
  • automatically when you use our website or services.
04

How we use information

We process information to:

  • provide, maintain, secure, and support the LeadRipple service;
  • create accounts, authenticate users, and manage workspace access;
  • receive, organize, match, qualify, assign, and track buyer enquiries;
  • enable messaging, integrations, notifications, and follow-up workflows;
  • provide product support and respond to questions or requests;
  • monitor performance, diagnose errors, and improve our services;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity;
  • comply with law and enforce our agreements; and
  • send service communications and, where permitted, information about LeadRipple.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract, consent, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests such as operating, securing, and improving our business, provided those interests are not overridden by individual rights.

05

AI-assisted processing

LeadRipple may use artificial intelligence and automated techniques to extract and organize buyer, product, quantity, requirement, and follow-up information from enquiries. These features are intended to assist users with sales workflows, not to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individuals.

We may use specialized service providers to perform AI-assisted processing on our behalf. We limit the information shared to what is reasonably needed for the feature and require providers to handle it under applicable contractual and security obligations. Users should review AI-generated suggestions before acting on them.

06

How we share information

We may disclose information to:

  • Your organization: workspace owners, administrators, and authorized team members according to their roles and permissions.
  • Service providers: companies supporting hosting, databases, authentication, email, messaging, AI processing, analytics, monitoring, support, and payments.
  • Connected services: platforms you choose to integrate with LeadRipple, subject to your configuration and their own terms.
  • Professional advisers: auditors, lawyers, insurers, accountants, and advisers where reasonably necessary.
  • Authorities or other parties: where required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, security, and the integrity of our services.
  • Business transaction participants: in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality safeguards.

LeadRipple does not sell or rent personal information.

07

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, fulfil the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, customer instructions, account status, legal requirements, and security needs.

When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it, subject to reasonable backup cycles and any lawful retention requirements. Customers may request deletion of Customer Content in accordance with their agreement with us.

08

Security

We use reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative safeguards designed to protect personal information. These may include access controls, authentication, encrypted transmission, monitoring, backups, vendor review, and procedures for responding to security incidents.

No system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for protecting account credentials, using appropriate access settings, and notifying us promptly about suspected unauthorized activity.

09

International data transfers

LeadRipple and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where it was collected. Where required, we use appropriate contractual, organizational, or other lawful safeguards for international transfers and comply with applicable transfer restrictions.

10

Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to obtain information about processing, access a summary or copy of your personal information, correct or complete inaccurate information, request erasure, withdraw consent, object to or restrict certain processing, request portability, nominate another person to exercise rights where applicable, and seek grievance redressal or lodge a complaint with a competent authority.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity and relationship with the relevant organization. Some rights are subject to exceptions under applicable law. If a LeadRipple customer controls the relevant information, we may direct your request to that customer.

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, protect the service, understand feature use, and diagnose performance issues. Some are essential for the service to function. Where required, we request consent before using non-essential analytics or advertising technologies.

Browser settings can be used to block or delete cookies, but doing so may affect authentication and other service features.

Children’s privacy

LeadRipple is a business service and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for their own use of the service. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

13
